SRFF is deeply grateful to Tarah Wheeler for her service as a founding board member. Tarah played a key role in getting SRFF off the ground, providing invaluable operational support and helping shape our early vision. Her insight was crucial in developing SRFF’s initial policy agenda and positioning.
From our earliest conversations as a board, Tarah helped guide the organization’s mission and focus, ensuring that issues like software transparency, consumer rights, and cybersecurity accountability were central to our work. Her deep expertise in cybersecurity and thoughtful leadership were instrumental in setting SRFF on a strong course.
In addition to her policy guidance, Tarah supported critical operational efforts that allowed SRFF to grow. Her collaborative spirit and dedication to SRFF’s mission have left a lasting impact on the organization. As her term as a board member comes to a close, we are pleased to share that Tarah will continue with SRFF in an emeritus role.
